Plastics Mould Making

We are capable of producing precision steel moulds of intricate, multi-cavity design, with features such as hot runners, hydraulic motors, and insert moulds. We run 50 milling machines and 30 EDM machines in 5 divisions. Our large CNC mills can accommodate XYZ statistics of up to 2.5mx1mx1m, producing moulds up to 12 tons.

Plastics Mould Base Manufacturing

Our fully integrated mould base manufacturing facilities are strongly supported by our excellent global access to sources of high quality steel. We provide Euro standard mould bases up to 8 metric tons, with standard or custom mould cavities fully compatible with other manufacturers.

Plastics Injection Moulding

A wide range of 175 machines worldwide, up to 850 tons in tonnage each: this is what enables us to meet your production needs. We process all standard thermoplastics, with added capabilities such as desiccant feed drying and decorative in-mould foiling.

Secondary Processing

We have what it takes to turn your raw product into one that is ready for immediate shipping and retail. Our expert skills and facilities enable sophisticated painting, decoration, assembly and packaging of your product. Our available processes include pad printing, hot foil transfer, silk screening, ultrasonic welding and blister packing.

Metal Stamping

Our fully automatic hot-stamping machines are designed and built to cater for high volume and quality parts. In order to keep the process safe, we have even invested in techniques for the treatment of pollution produced by the spray line on metal parts.

Die Cast Tooling Services

We offer precision tooling for aluminium and zinc die-cast components. We also have our own casting machines to run tool verification samples.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Our integrated CAD/CAM suite includes the following software: AutoCAD 14, Pro Engineer, Solid Works, Cimitron, and BobCAD. Designs in other formats are translated by our Product Data Exchange service provider, which supports Euclid, I-DEAS, Solid, VDA-FS, Step, Unigraphics, IGES, Solid Designer, Catia, Mech Desktop and many others. Extensive 3-D solid modelling and creative mould design assure the mould is built correctly the first time, on time, efficiently and at reduced cost.
